1. Basic issues of prevention related to ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working at height:
1.1. Risk Assessment. Identification of risks when working at height;
1.2. Training and instruction of workers.
2. Basic regulatory requirements for safety when working at height:
2.1. Obligations and responsibilities of employers regarding ensuring safe working conditions when performing work at height;
2.2. Requirements for work at height according to the rules set out in Ordinance No 7 of 1999 on the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions at workplaces and when using work equipment;
2.3. Requirements for working at height in accordance with Ordinance No 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions when carrying out construction and installation works;
2.4. Requirements for work at height according to Ordinance No RD-07-2 of 2009 on the terms and conditions for conducting periodic training and briefing of employees on the rules for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions.
