Resolution No. 152 of the Council of Ministers of 2011 (SG, No. 43 of 2011).
Ordinance No. 13 of 30.12.2003 on the protection of workers from exposure-related risks
of chemical agents at work (SG No. 8 of 2004).
Ordinance on the Prevention of Major Accidents with Hazardous Substances and Limitation of
their consequences (SG No. 5 of 2016, last amended and supplemented by SG No. 67 of 23.08.2019).

Courses are intended for:
Persons responsible for the safe storage of chemical substances and mixtures; those having
right of access to the warehouses with chemical substances and mixtures, as well as for those working with chemicals
substances and mixtures;
Persons under Art. 4, item 10 of the Ordinance on the order and manner of storage of dangerous chemicals
substances and mixtures;
Persons under Art. 3, para. 1 of the Ordinance on the Prevention of Major Accidents with Hazardous Substances and
limitation of their consequences, in connection with the requirements of Art. 3, para. 2, item 5;
Persons under Art. 13, item 3 of Ordinance No. 13 of 30.12.2003 on the protection of workers from risks,
related to exposure to chemical agents at work.
Lecturer: Neli Chalykova, an expert in occupational health and safety with experience in
the Regional Health Inspection.
The courses will be held online – via ZOOM platform. Participants will receive an access link and
will be able to participate in the training and ask questions in real time.
