The training is designed for | – persons carrying out activities with waste: persons carrying out transportation of waste; waste storage site operators; operators of waste treatment facilities; persons carrying out recovery in reverse embankments of waste; persons who dispose of waste, etc. – persons responsible for waste management, including generation, collection, storage, transportation, disposal and utilization of production, hazardous and construction waste on the territory of production enterprises, on sites for carrying out activities with waste, on waste landfills, etc.; – persons participating in the construction-investment process: investors (contractors), contractors (builders and persons performing demolition), designers, consultants, supervisors. – managers, head nurses of medical and health facilities (medical facilities under Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the Law on Medical Facilities, as well as health facilities under Article 21 of the Health Law); – positions of persons under Art. 7, item 1, item 2 and item 3 of Ordinance No. 1 of 09.02.2015 on the requirements for waste collection and treatment activities on the territory of medical and health facilities. |

- Construction waste management, current regulatory requirements and the resulting obligations of the persons related to construction waste management: The Ordinance on construction waste management and the use of recycled construction materials, examples from European practice.
- Management of production and hazardous waste, current regulatory requirements and the resulting obligations of the persons involved in waste management: Law on waste management and its by-laws: Ordinance No 1 of 04.06.2014 on the order and samples , which provide information on waste activities, as well as the procedure for keeping public registers (last amended 01.10.2021); Ordinance No 2 of 23.07.2014 on classification of waste (last amended 08.07.2022) etc. examples from European practice.
- Waste management on the territory of health and medical facilities, new and existing regulatory requirements: Ordinance No 1 of 09.02.2015 on the requirements for waste collection and treatment activities on the territory of medical and health facilities; Ordinance No. 2 on waste classification; Ordinance No. 1 on the procedure and templates for providing information on waste activities, as well as the procedure for keeping public records; Ordinance No 7 of 24.08.2004 on the requirements that must be met by sites for locating waste treatment facilities; Ordinance on the requirements for the treatment and transportation of industrial and hazardous waste, adopted by PMS No. 53/19.03.1999; Ordinance No 6 of 27.08.2013 on the conditions and requirements for the construction and operation of landfills and other facilities and installations for recovery and disposal; Ordinance amending and supplementing Ordinance No 28 of 2008 on the structure, order and organization of the work of pharmacies and the nomenclature of medicinal products; practical guidelines for implementing legislative acts in everyday life; examples from European practice.
